The Garda Commissioner is responsible for the management and administration of An Garda Síochána under Section 33 of the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024.

The National Development Plan (NDP) review has recently been completed where capital investment of €363.3million has been secured for An Garda Síochána Estates. Based on this, work is underway to develop revised capital plans, and details of those projects will be shared later in the year.
