To ask the Minister for Health further to PQ no. 2679 of 29 July 2025, the status of the HSE’s consideration of the recommendation of the Medicines Management Programme (MMP) to reclassify high-protein ONS to List B; if her attention has been brought to the rebuttal of the MMP’s interpretation of ONS cost data by experts in clinical nutrition (details supplied); if she will meet with clinical experts before any decision is taken; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
