2511. To ask the Minister for Health if she is aware of the planned discontinuing of coronial postmortems in University Hospital Waterford, effective from 1 January 2026 and that this will mean that no such postmortems can then be carried out in the south-east region from that date. [46492/25]

To ask the Minister for Health the actions her Department will take to ensure that coronial postmortems will continue to be provided in the south-east region (Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny, Tipperary and Carlow) after 1 January 2026, and if such steps will include the overturning of the HSE decision to withdraw such services from University Hospital Waterford.
