To ask the Minister for Health if agreement has been reached with an association (details supplied) on a health plan for its members; if thalidomide victims who are not members of that association will be approved for medical cards; if she will provide an update on this scheme; if she will outline the status of the general compensation scheme and explain the reasons for such an inordinate delay in finalising matters; if all the Government leaders are still committed to the outcome outlined to the association at high level meetings; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
