To ask the Minister for Health if she is aware of an individual with a very serious injury who waited more than five hours for an ambulance to arrive, during which time their condition worsened (details supplied); the specific circumstances that occurred that evening to render the service unable to respond in good time; the measures being taken to ensure wait times such as these are eliminated; the breakdown of NAS response times for each triage category for the most recently available year; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
