To ask the Minister for Health the basis and criteria the decision was taken by the Health Service Executive and her Department to withdraw funding after the law on abortion changed from pregnancy counselling agencies that had a valuable track record in providing practical support to women experiencing an unplanned pregnancy but made it clear that facilitating abortion would be in violation of their ethos.
