To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the plans in place regarding the transfer, or facilitating the transfer, of title for lands that were previously given to the community, in some cases through an old land commission divide, and especially where these lands are currently being used by a local sports club or community group; if it will be facilitated for lands to be transferred to these organisations; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
