On the morning of 01 September I received a letter from the Governor of the Central Bank informing me that the Central Bank's approval of the 2024 Prospectus had expired. The letter further informed me that the competent authority of Luxembourg, the "CSSF", had approved a new prospectus for the State of Israel.
As this is the most recent update in relation the Central Bank's role is this matter I would direct you this letter which is available on the Central Bank's website - www.centralbank.ie/docs/default-source/publications/correspondence/oireachtas-correspondence/correspondence-to-deputy-mair%C3%A9ad-farrell-t-d-on-prospectus-issued-by-the-state-of-israel-published-1-september-2025.pdf?sfvrsn=8a95691a_3
