431. To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the fuel storage capacity for marine and ground fuels for each Tier-1 and Tier-2 ports; the availability of tugs, emergency power and communications and the business continuity plans in place for prolonged grid or IT outages; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As Minister of State for International & Road Transport, Logistics, Rail & Ports, I have responsibility for national ports policy in Ireland. However, I am not involved in the day to day operations of the state's commercial port companies.

I have therefore referred the question to the port companies in question for a direct, detailed reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response is not received within 10 days.
