To ask the Minister for Health the waiting time for persons with a diagnosis of cancer to start treatment in Carlow and Kilkenny following reports that the target of 90% to start within 15 working days is only being met in 65% of cases in Carlow and Kilkenny; her plans to improve the waiting lists; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
