To ask the Minister for Health if her Department or the Health Service Executive have engaged with the Department of Justice in relation to the immigrant investor programme (IIP) funding that was committed to a project (details supplied); if her Department has urged the IIP to release the balance of funding committed in order that the building project can be completed; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
