To ask the Minister for Health the number of legal claims that have been initiated against Children’s Health Ireland relating to spinal surgery, including claims of death, permanent disability, or avoidable harm since 2015, by year; the number settled; the number that remain open; and the most frequently cited grounds (details supplied), in tabular form.
