The endometriosis proposal from Dr Rachel O’ Connor was recently received by my department.

As the HSE’s National Women & Infants Health Programme (NWIHP) is leading on the development and implementation of the National Framework for Endometriosis, the proposal was shared with them for consideration.

I understand that NWIHP is reviewing the proposal and will respond in due course.

I recently met with the Endometriosis Association of Ireland, including Dr O’ Connor, where this consideration of her proposal by the NWIHP was advised.
