Agreement was reached in the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) on the 10th of March 2025, between ICTU unions and relevant Government Departments, to fund Health and Social Care and Homeless sector employers for a 9.25% pay increase, equivalent to the Public Sector Agreement 2024-2026. It is important to note that voluntary and community organisations receive funding from a myriad of different sources, and it is possible that they are not be within scope of the WRC agreement.

The Agreement applies to only those organisations that are grant funded under relevant statutory arrangements and providing services commissioned through Service Arrangements, Service Level Agreements or Grant Agreements with the commissioning agency or parent department(s).
