The person named was accepted into Tranche 1 of the Agri-Climate Rural Environment Scheme (ACRES) with a start date of 1st January 2023 and is up to date with payments.

The ACRES contract value for the herd owner has been calculated at €4,173.78. However a conditionality penalty of €208.68 was applied. The difference of €173.78 between the contract value and the €4,000 interim payment was deducted from the 2023 payment. The remaining €34.90 was then deducted from the 2024 advance payment.
