To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government further to his Department’s published procurement-related payments over €20,000 for 2023 and 2024, the methodology used to calculate and display the total figures now included in these reports, introduced first in the 2023 Q4 report (details supplied); if any exclusions, adjustments, data timing differences or rounding mechanisms are applied that may account for this variance; if his Department has conducted any audit or reconciliation of these reports to ensure consistency between reported totals and listed amounts; and if this process is documented or routinely undertaken. The 2024 Procurement Related Payments over €20,000 reports have now been updated on my Department's website and are available at: www.gov.ie/en/department-of-housing-local-government-and-heritage/collections/procurement-related-payments-over-20000-euro/

The total cost displayed previously was incorrect do to an addition error. The individual payments listed are correct and have not been changed.
