To ask the Minister for Education and Skills to provide details of the costs incurred annually from 2000 to date to the State in legal fees and associated fees, in respect of all legal proceedings regarding the survivors of sexual abuse at a school (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. The State Claims Agency (SCA) is mandated to manage the cases referred to by the Deputy on behalf of the State. The SCA has been asked to collate this information which I will arrange to have forwarded to the Deputy when it has been made available to my Department.
