804. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if his Department has a policy on alarm installation engineer codes and the procedure that follows if an alarm company goes out of business; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [41945/25]

Irish registered companies which have been dissolved can be restored to the Company Register up to 20 years from the date of dissolution. Under the State Property Act 1954, I have a number of responsibilities in relation to dissolved companies. There are no specific policies relating to alarm companies.
