I am informed by the Office of Public Works (OPW) that the properties at 44/45 and 9-15 O’Connell Street, Dublin are under the ownership of the OPW. Their records show that the area of 44/45 O’Connell Street is 1,978 square meters.

The OPW records also show that the area of the property at 9-15 O’Connell Street is 9874 square meters. However this is a historical measurement and is subject to verification by a survey that is due to commence in the coming weeks as part of the ongoing management of the property portfolio.
