To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government for an update on his Department's plans for the tenant-in-situ scheme, given recent reports that both Fingal County Council and Dublin City Council have exhausted all of their available funds for 2025; if he intends to increase funding available for the scheme this year given the large waiting list for the scheme in both local authority areas; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
