The Road Safety Authority (RSA) is a statutory body created by the Road Safety Authority Act 2006. The operation of the RSA's website is not under the direct control of the Minister or Department of Transport. Given the RSA's responsibility in this regard, I have referred the Deputy's question to the RSA for direct, detailed response in relation to the issues of website accessibility raised. Please contact my office if a reply is not received within ten days.
