I would like to acknowledge the legitimate concerns raised by the Deputy and affirm the importance that I attach to Agencies under my remit responding to Deputies' questions within the usual timeframe. While I am aware that some queries of a particularly technical nature may require longer than ten days for the preparation of a comprehensive response, this should not be the norm and Deputies have a reasonable expectation that their queries will be dealt with efficiently on a consistent basis. My officials will be raising this important matter with the RSA directly and I thank the Deputy for bringing it to my attention.
