I propose to take Questions Nos. 1035 and 1036 together.

The Test Event Notification and Results Capture System (TENRCS) was originally designed by FÁS to facilitate the recording and aggregation of test results, as well as storing summarised results in the Results Capture Certification Request system (RCCRS) for the purpose of submitting the information to certifying bodies.

At the time of its original development, the system operated and was dependent on what is now FÁS legacy data infrastructure. Following the establishment of the 16 Education and Training Boards under the Education and Training Boards Act 2013, the data infrastructure involved was phased out and replaced by a new Further Education and Training data infrastructure based around the new Programme and Learner Support System (PLSS).

The financial information that the Deputy has requested is not readily available. This information is currently being collected and I will be back to the Deputy as soon as possible.
