To ask the Minister for Health the details of equipment and machinery, such as for diagnostic scans, that have reached their end of life, across each statutory and section 38 hospital; the date at which the equipment reached end of life; the breakdown rate of these machines; the productive hours lost as a result of those breakdowns; the number of days where each machine was non-operational due to breakdown; the cost of maintenance to date per machine as a result of breakdowns and as a result of vendors not covering maintenance due to machinery being no longer under warranty, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
