The person named was accepted into ACRES General Tranche 1, with a contract commencement date of January 1st, 2023. An advance payment of €5,736.67 issued to the herd owner in December 2023 in respect of his participation in the Scheme in 2023.

The ACRES balancing payment in respect of 2023 has not yet cleared the required pre-payment validation checks in this case due to an issue with his catch crop claim. ACRES officials are actively working to progress this contract as a matter of urgency.

My Department is committed to resolving the issues that have been delaying the remaining payments as soon as possible, and is making progress in this regard. Additional resources have been deployed, and we are systematically working through the remaining issues associated with the outstanding cases.
