For 2025, the allocated funding to the Capital Assistance Scheme (CAS) for Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs) is €156 million. My Department does not provide specific allocations from the CAS funding programme to AHBs for social housing projects, rather my Department recoups the relevant local authorities who administer the scheme as projects advance and claims fall due for payment in line with the relevant scheme conditions.
