The Statutory Instrument mentioned in response to Parliamentary Question No. 762 of 8 April 2025 to allow sharing of data between third party agri-loan providers and my Department has been finalised. S.I. No. 120/2025 - European Union (de minimis aid in the agriculture sector) Regulations 2025, was signed into law on 4 April, 2025, and notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in the “Iris Oifigiúil” of 11 April, 2025.

Administrative arrangements with Microfinance Ireland to allow them to recommence lending are currently being finalised.
