The Community Sport Facilities Fund (CSFF) provides grants to assist in the development or refurbishment of sports facilities and the provision of sports equipment. Projects can combine funding from the Community Sports Facilities Fund (CSFF) and the Leader Programme and, in this context, grantees must comply with Circular 13/2014 - Management of and Accountability for Grants from Exchequer Funds.

The circular provides that, where funding is being provided as part of a co-funding arrangement, grantees are required to provide annually to each grantor, as a condition of grant, a declaration as to the source, amount and purpose of all other funding they receive and a declaration that there will be no duplication of funding for the same activity/project. This declaration should also state if the Exchequer funding from all sources exceeds 50% of total income.
