My Department does not accept proposals under SHIP/CAS directly from AHBs, they are submitted via the responsible LA.

In relation to the Capital Advance Leasing Facility (CALF) Funding Scheme, applications for social housing projects may be made to my Department only by Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs). Currently, my Department has no live CALF applications from AHBs in respect of the functional areas of either Galway City Council or Galway County Council.

My Department publishes comprehensive programme-level statistics on a quarterly basis for social housing delivery.
