As this is an operational matter regarding an individual case, I have asked the HSE to look into the matter and reply to the Deputy directly. I have also been advised that Children's Health Ireland has contacted the Deputy directly regarding this case to say that they are liaising with key colleagues for assistance and a response will be issued via the HSE system in due course.
