303. To ask the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality when a child (details supplied) with severe and complex needs will receive the occupational therapy and speech and language therapy interventions they urgently require; the reason for the ongoing delay in service provision despite repeated contact from the child’s school to the relevant CDNT since November 2024; whether she considers the delay to be unacceptable; and if her Department will intervene directly to ensure the child receives the supports they need without further delay. As this question refers to service matters, I have asked the Health Service Executive (HSE) to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
