My Department has a contract register in place and is in the process of moving (late Quarter 3 2025) to the Finance Shared Services (FSS) system of the National Shared Services Office (NSSO). The Finance Shared Services (FSS) system includes an integrated contract management system.

The contract management systems or procurement tracking platforms in place in the agencies and/or public bodies under the remit of my Department are a matter for those agencies/bodies. I have referred the Deputy’s question to the agencies and/or bodies for direct response. Please reply to my office if you do not receive a response within 10 working days.
