To ask the Taoiseach if any agreements or lists have been made or exchanged with independent TDs who now support the Government to include projects in their constituencies in the future National Development plan and/or the HSE Capital plan; and if so, if there are documents, notes, messages of any kind that relate to this between him and/or his advisers, staff, party workers and any of those TDs or their advisers, staff and party workers. There are no agreements or lists, made or exchanged, to include projects in any constituency in the future National Development Plan and or the HSE Capital plan. The Programme for Government was agreed and entails all of the Governments priorities. In the coming weeks, a review of the National Development Plan will be published. A public consultation process was recently launched by the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation and any Deputy in the House can make a submission to same.
