I propose to take Questions Nos. 964 and 965 together.

My Department's Community Services Programme (CSP) currently supports 428 community organisations through 448 services to provide employment opportunities and the delivery of local services, through a social enterprise model, with a budget of €55.4m for 2025.

A review of the CSP Programme funding rate categorisations is currently being undertaken by Pobal on behalf of my Department. The funding rate review will involve a metric review of the organisations' level of disadvantage, the number of employees from CSP Employment Target Groups and the organisations' earning potential, based on their 2023 Annual Financial Statements.

All CSP-funded organisations have been informed of this review and have been advised that any change to their rate of funding will be communicated directly to the organisations identified as part of the review, towards the end of 2025, with any revisions to take effect from 1st of January 2026.

An additional funding allocation of €3m was provided to the CSP Programme in Budget 2025 and this has now been fully allocated.
