Wicklow County Council encountered an issue which delayed the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations process and ultimately the allocation of these homes. This issue has since been resolved satisfactorily and I am pleased to report that the Wicklow County Council allocations team are at advanced stage with all eligible new tenants. Tenants who have so far responded and accepted an offer for this new development, will start receiving keys from early this week.
