Currently 90% of the staff are availing of the Departments blending working policy which is a minimum of 2 days working onsite. Blended working is available to all staff except those whose presence is required onsite due to the nature of their role. A small cohort of staff have not applied for a variety of reasons including Leaves of Absence, New Hires & Maternity Leave. A further small cohort of staff have declined to apply for blended working.

The Department have requested the information from the NCSAs under our aegis and will respond to the Deputy in due course. The HSE have also been asked to respond directly to the Deputy.
