Agreement has been reached in principle regarding disposal of Department land to the HSE near a school (details supplied) for a proposed Primary Care Centre.

The transaction is currently on hold while the HSE evaluates current service needs and estate planning in the area with the newly delivered Clondalkin Primary Care Centre and the operational Rowlagh Health Centre.
