To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform where in the Freedom of Information Act 2014 it authorises the Information Commissioner to develop and deliver training modules for and to public bodies, considering section 8(11) of the Act stipulates this is the responsibility of each respective Minister. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the way in which the Information Commissioner justifies wasting his experienced staff's time and effort to develop and deliver training modules for public bodies when he only closed 51% of cases in 2023 within the four months stipulated at section 22(3) of the Freedom of Information Act 2014.
