My Department complies with the relevant governing legislation and

- section 6.2 ("Reappointment of Incumbent CEOs") of the Guidelines for Appointments of CEOs of Non-Commercial State Bodies (2019) in relation to the reappointment of CEOs or Directions for a further and final term, and

- sections 1.6 to 1.11 ("Commercial State Bodies") of the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies: Remuneration and Superannuation (2016) in relation to the reappointment of CEOs or Directors of Commercial State Bodies under the aegis of my Department.
