I wish to advise the Deputy that Statistics on Aviation are collated by the Central Statistics Office (CSO) under Statutory Instrument (S.I.) No. 10 of 2020 - Statistics (carriage of passengers, freight and mail by air) Order 2020.

My Department will provide the requested table on this occasion. However, I would encourage the Deputy to refer to the CSO’s official publications and online databases for future requests where the required statistics are publicly available.

The requested figures for the number of flights which departed from the three State Airports for the years 2020 to 2024 are provided in the table below. Data for 2025 has not yet been compiled and is currently unavailable. Once the relevant statistical processing is complete, these figures will be published on the CSO website under aviation statistics at the following link: www.cso.ie/en/statistics/transport/aviationstatistics/
