571. To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the number of Springboard courses delivered by further and higher education institutes nationwide for the years 2020 to 2025, in tabular form. [31429/25]

The number of Springboard courses delivered by further and higher education institutes nationwide for the years 2020 to 2025, in tabular form, is set out at the link below.

Please note, as some course proposals are submitted by a consortium and are delivered across more than one Higher Education Institution, these are recorded as a course for each separate Higher Education Institution, unless it is a Technological University and is running the same course across multiple campuses. In 2025, for instance, there was one such consortium course funded. So while 249 courses were approved for funding, this course is being offered at both HEIs and is therefore counted under each institution's own number of courses available under the Springboard+ 2025 programme.

Springboard+ since it was established in 2011, continues to provide free or heavily subsidised upskilling and reskilling opportunities in areas of identified skills needs for the Irish economy.
