With the recent transfer of functions, implementation of the NIS2 Directive is now a matter for the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration. The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), responsibility for which has also transferred to that Department, has produced resources and guidance for organisations within the scope of NIS2, available on their website.
