I propose to take Questions Nos. 4 and 5 together.

The Department of the Taoiseach has no capital expenditure subhead in its Estimates and no capital expenditure has been incurred by the Department or the National Economic and Social Development Office (NESDO), the only body under the aegis of the Department, in the years 2022, 2023 or 2024.
