422. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the nature of refurbishment works that the OPW will carry out at Garda stations within DMR in the second half of 2025 where the costs of these works are in excess of €75,000. [29168/25]

The Office of Public Works (OPW) can confirm that refurbishment works are due to commence in Q3 and Q4 2025 at the following listed Garda Stations in Dublin Metropolitan Region (DMR).
The Garda Stations and the nature of the works include only works valued in excess of €75,000.
The commencement dates for works are subject to final sign-off on design, funding, and operational requirements of An Garda Síochána.

423. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform when each contract for the provision of a restaurant/café service at each OPW heritage site is due to expire, in tabular form. [29169/25]

The OPW is responsible for maintaining and presenting Ireland’s most iconic heritage properties, including Ireland’s two World Heritage Sites, 780 National Monuments and over 5,000 acres of gardens and parklands. OPW’s workforce conserve and protect the country’s build heritage whilst providing public access and interpretative experiences for visitors are provided through our Guide Service.
As part of the visitor experience, at a number of sites, there is an opportunity for third party hospitality suppliers to work with OPW through our Concession programme to provide a Café or restaurant offering. Opportunities are generally advertised through the e-tenders system.
The following Table includes a list of OPW sites, where an arrangement exists and when each contract for the provision of this service will expire.
