Further to my response to Parliamentary Question No. 27 of 21 May 2025, I can inform that the examination in question concerns those nine air operators expressly identified in the media reports that have alleged contraventions of Irish law concerning the carriage of munitions of war on civil aircraft.

This work is continuing but I am not in a position to provide a definitive timeframe for its completion. My Department is making every effort to complete its examination in as timely a manner as is possible.
