To ask the Minister for Health the reason the HSE is providing free GP visits to members of Roma communities, protection applicants and undocumented migrants only; the numbers of clinics being provided; the cost of these services; the means testing carried out for access to these free GP services as Irish citizens are subject to means-testing for free GP services; the reasons these communities are in receipt of services which are more favourable to the services being offered to Irish citizens; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
