This is an operational matter for An Rialálaí Agraibhia within their Price and Market Analysis function. In regard to information collected by my Department under the European Union Market Transparency Regulations, information on the fifth quarter is not currently collected or published. However, following positive engagement from meat processors, Meat Industry Ireland and my Department, the Regulator currently publishes weekly selling prices for Beef Forequarter, Beef Hindquarter and Beef Minced Meat on its website at: www.agrifoodregulator.ie/whoweare/whatwedo/pricemarketdataanalysis/pricemarketdataanalysisreports/.
