The person named submitted an application under the ACRES General stream and was approved into Tranche 1 of the scheme, with a commencement date of 1st January 2023.

I can confirm that the advance payment in respect of scheme year 2024 issued to the person named on 03 June 2025, in the sum of €4,077.97.

This application will now progress to the required validation checks for 2024 balance processing. As cases clear these validations, they are added to the next scheduled pay run. Pay runs are taking place weekly across all scheme years and tranches.
