The table below outlines details of the upcoming Trade Mission I will lead in June 2025. This Trade Missions will be undertaken in conjunction with Bord Bia, Enterprise Ireland and industry stakeholders.
2025 | TRADE MISSION |
---|---|
June | Republic of Korea and Japan, including a visit to both the Seoul food event and the International EXPO in Osaka, Japan. |
During my visit to the International EXPO in Osaka, Japan, I will represent the Irish Government at Ireland's National Day at EXPO. Ireland's national day will be a celebration of Irish culture, creativity and and opportunity to showcase Ireland as a great place to live, work, study and do business.
This trade mission follows my visit to the United States in April, where I engaged with my US counterpart the Secretary for Agriculture, officials at state and local level, and a wide range of US and Irish companies, who are seeing the direct mutual benefits of our strong trading relationships.
As it stands, there are no further trade missions scheduled for the next three months, but further trade missions and visits will be scheduled for the remainder of the year.
