The Garda Commissioner is responsible for the management and administration of Garda business by law, including Garda discipline.
Currently there are 94 members of An Garda Siochana suspended. The table below has been provided to me by the Garda Authorities and outlines the number of Gardaí currently on suspension and the length of the suspension as of 6 June 2025.
